What happens if names are spelt incorrectly?
If you have spelt a name incorrectly phone us as soon as possible on 01782 691502 or 07712 576122. As soon as we receive your order we start to process it, therefore we are unable to guarantee any changes.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please email us at sales@rudolphandi.co.uk or call us on 01782 691502 or 07712 576122. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please contact us and we will rectify the situation.
What are your delivery charges?
We only deliver within the UK, and our standard delivery cost is £2.95. Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
How will my order be delivered?
We use First Class Royal Mail, so orders should be received within 2 days of dispatch, although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date.
